Playbooks are getting power features
- Translate playbooks - speak to your audience in their language. You can now translate all your automated emails or craft different versions for each region
- Playbook analytics - see how your emails are performing with open tracking and click rates. You can also see these stats per language mutation.
- Merge tags - personalization is a key in this day and age. You can now add any custom attributes to your emails, so your customers feel like you are speaking directly to them.
- Unsubscribe links - if you need to stay compliant and give your audience a chance to opt out. You can now easily include unsubscribe links in your emails.

Track users and customers
As requested by many of our users, we are now starting the support for tracking two levels of hierarchy - your customers and all the individual users.
This gives you a much more granular look into your userbase health and gives you more power to act on these. We are actively developing this, so it will span across all our features like: reminders, playbooks, and reports.
