Data Handling and Storage Practices

Ensuring the security of customer data is our top priority. Our application is designed to prevent customer churn for our clients, which requires us to handle and analyze sensitive data. Hosted on AWS with a server located in Frankfurt, Germany, we use industry-standard security measures to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data.

  • Data Collection

We only collect data essential for our analysis and churn prevention services. This includes customer interaction records, usage patterns, and feedback metrics. By following the principle of data minimization, we limit the data we collect to reduce potential exposure risks.

  • Compliance with GDPR

Given our server’s location in Frankfurt, Germany, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

IP whitelist

To enhance security, we offer the option to restrict access to the application to specific IP addresses. You can configure this directly in the application under the Settings->Security section.

You can add IP addresses by clicking the "Add IP Address" button and filling out the form.

In the form, you enter the IP address and can also add a note for better identification. The table displays a list of IP addresses that have access to your account. If someone tries to log in from an IP address not listed, they will be redirected to the login page with a notification that they are attempting to log in from an unauthorized location.

Only users with the "Admin" role can add IP addresses. When entering the first IP address, the admin must first enter the IP address from which they are currently connected to avoid blocking access to the entire application.

Note: if the IP whitelist is empty, the application is accessible from all addresses. IP address security for the account is activated only after adding the first IP address.
