Engagement Score

The Engagement Score (ES), along with the Fit Score (FS), is a key metric used to assess a customer. In our Customer Score Matrix, ES forms the vertical axis.

ES is a numerical value that reflects how actively a customer uses your product. It ranges from -100 to 100, where 100 indicates full utilization of the product, and -100 indicates no usage at all.

ES is made up of several characteristics, called properties. Each property has a weight, shown as a percentage, indicating how much it affects the overall ES.

In the example above, you can see that the property "Deals" has the greatest influence on the calculation of ES, with a weight of 50 %. The remaining two properties, "Days Since Last Login" and "Time in Product", each contribute 25 % to the ES.
