Customer main statistics
You can find the main customer statistics at the top of the pages of active or churned customers, and they are divided into three groups: Customers, Median Fit Score (FS), and Median Engagement Score (ES).
The values in these cards are shown for all your active or churned customers if no segment is active. When a segment is activated, the values will only apply to that specific segment. For example, let's take a closer look at the Median Fit Score.
This card shows the overall median Fit Score for all your customers (or the active segment), which in this example is 12. In the bottom right corner, you can see the change compared to the previous period (snapshot). You can see the specific date by hovering your mouse over the displayed value.
The same applies to the other two main stats cards.
